Just say REMOVE in the subject line and if it is different from where you are mailing from the e-mail address you want removed.

There are times we run into the problem of someone asking us to remove them from the list but their e-mail address that they mailed to us from is not on our list. This happens because, either they receive our e-mails at a different address, then the one they mail us from, or they received our email as a forward from a friend. While we can not do anything about your friends sending you our stuff, we can remove your e-mail address if is different from where you send out your mail. All you need to do is included the address where you received our e-mail in the subject line alone with the word REMOVE.
