Our Identity Stolen?

Dear Friends,

Unfortunately some folks have found other organizations in different states with our name. This has led to some confusion especially because we endorse candidates in state and local elections as well as national elections. I want to assure you that there is only one "Citizens For A Better America®". We are a national organization with members from all across America. Any use of our name without our permission is a violation of our registered trademark.

Citizens For A Better America ® is registered with the U.S. Patents and Trademarks Office, registration number 2500525. All these other users of our name do not have our permission to be using it, and we are taking the necessary legal steps to remedy those situations. Please let us know if you come across someone using our name without our permission.
