CFABA.ORG announces its recommendations for the March 02, 2004 Primary Election. ™.

Nationally recognized Citizens For A Better America ® announces its "GOOD GUYS LIST"™, candidate endorsement(s), for the March 02, 2004 Primary Election.

Three candidates received a 100% ranking, and two of those finished the process of obtaining an endorsement and being placed on our "GOOD GUYS LIST"™. Citizens For A Better America® is thrilled and delighted to publicly endorse these two (2) candidates in the California March 2, 2004 primary election. Both candidates answered each and every one of our thirty four (34) questions perfectly. To see all candidates who filled out and returned our CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire™ please click on the following link: [[http://www.GoodGuysList.org/040302ca/index.html].

    Those two candidates are:

Marianne Zippi is a Candidate for State Assembly District 70 in Orange County. If you would like to see how she answered our questionnaire and for other contact information you can click on the following link: [http://www.GoodGuysList.org/040302ca/0401061.htm].

Marge Mendoza-Ware is a Candidate for State Assembly District 62 in San Bernardino County. If you would like to see how she answered our questionnaire and for other contact information you can click on the following link: [http://www.GoodGuysList.org/040302ca/0401028.htm].

"For this election cycle we e-mailed out questionnaires to candidates on various California lists found on the following Internet websites," said Colaco.

On the California, Secretary of State's website only 385 candidates listed e-mail addresses. We e-mailed to that list on Saturday, 02/07/2004. [http://www.ss.ca.gov/elections/certified_list_pp04.pdf].

On the Los Angeles County's website only 384 candidates listed e-mail addresses. We e-mailed to that list on Saturday, 02/07/2004. [http://rrcc.co.la.ca.us/candlist/1213cand/1213_candidate.htm]

On the San Diego County's website there were more than the 10 e-mail addresses we mailed to but time limited us finishing that list. To reduce redundancy we started at the bottom at list and worked upwards. We e-mailed to that list on Thursday, 02/12/2004. [http://sdvote.com/election/0403candlist.pdf].

"We continue to be disappointed that many Secretary of State's officials around the U.S. do not post candidate e-mail addresses on their websites," said Colaco.

"We also continue to be disappointed that so many candidates in the above lists did not fill out and return our CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™ back to us. Aside from the 21 candidates that completed and returned our questionnaire, 10 others responded to us, candidates who did not meet our requirements. You can see who those are by clicking on the following link: [http://www.GoodGuysList.org/040302ca/0400002.htm].

"That means basically that about 700 candidates completely ignored us and ultimately you, the voting General Public. They did not have the guts to tell us and ultimately you where they stand on the issues that we ask about in our questionnaire. Questions about issues that are of great concerns to Americans right now. This questionnaire is not what anyone would describe as your ordinary questionnaire that Democrats, Republicans or any of the third parties like to answer. Because there are 32 questions that are tough, very tough. The last two questions are about whether they will compromise on their positions as answered in the previous 32 questions," said Colaco.

"I would encourage all of those reading this News Release to send e- mails to the candidates that did not respond to us, and ask them, "Why did you not answer the CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™?," said Colaco.

You will have to write or call those that did not give e-mail addresses when they filed and ask them why they did not provide an e-mail address when there are companies that provide e-mail service free of charge. In our opinion there is absolutely no excuse for either not having an email address or not providing one when filing, today they are like not providing a phone number" said Colaco.

"Many voters ask about how to vote on judges. Out of the list of "JUDGE-SUPERIOR COURT" found at [http://rrcc.co.la.ca.us/candlist/1213cand/1213_CONTEST2.HTM#01016000]
only one judge candidate responded. He answered our questionnaire, but he did not sign it under the penalties of perjury, which we have told candidates was necessary to make the document complete. It is for this reason that we recommend that you vote NO on any Judge Candidate in Los Angeles County, CA." said Colaco.

"This election CFABA.ORG has continued a practice that it began with the November 04, 2003 election that of posting candidate's rankings and questionnaires on our website. [http://www.goodguyslist.org/040302ca/index.html].

There were 21 candidates that received a ranking from 29.412 to 100.000%. In addition to their ranking, it has been requested that we post the candidate(s) office as well as the party they are running in so that voters would know to look for those names on their primary ballots. The 21 candidates represented candidates from American Independent, Democratic, Green, Libertarian, Peace and Freedom, and Republican parties. We received a filled out questionnaire from at least one candidate in each of the political parties recognized in California," said Colaco.

"Only one statewide candidate received over a 95% ranking. That individual is Howard Kaloogian who is running for U.S. Senate to replace Barbara Boxer. For the record we received two properly completed questionnaires for this office. It is disappointing that the perceived front runner former Secretary of State, Bill Jones did not complete our questionnaire. For that matter he has never completed any written questionnaires since 1996," said Colaco. If you would like to see his questionnaire please click on the following link: [http://www.GoodGuysList.org/040302ca/0401019.htm].

"Citizens For A Better America ® has a tough endorsement evaluation process. If you visit our Internet Website at [http://www.GoodGuysList.org] you will see that it is a challenge to find morality and values based candidates we can endorse," said Colaco.

"CFABA.ORG endorses candidates who are Pro America first, Pro heterosexual marriage , Pro life, Pro 2nd Amendment, Pro USA sovereignty, Pro constitutional. Candidates from the very lowest to the very highest political positions all over the United States of America. Not everyone who completes a CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™ qualifies for the next step in the endorsement process," said Colaco.

"We as an organization have been criticized by some for being too picky. This criticism has come mostly from candidates that do not receive our endorsement or their supporters. We have however seen again and again how critical it is to continually be vigilant to find statesmen and women that we as a nation truly can count on both personally and politically," said Colaco.

"Why have these individual(s) been qualified to appear on your 'Good Guys List' ™?", asked one radio show host of Robert Colaco. "We ask very hard hitting written questions that test not only a candidate's political positions but also their knowledge of the political process. Our goal is to discover their core beliefs, and we believe our questions do that," said Colaco.

"If they receive a one hundred percent (100%) ranking on the answers in our CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™, which means they agree with our positions on all thirty four (34) questions in our current questionnaire. We then ask them to fill out our Background Check Form ™. Then we ask them to sign off that we can say the things that we have said about them in this News Release announcing our endorsement of their candidacy. They sign all three documents under the penalties of perjury. Regarding the penalty of perjury line our Honorary National Chairman, Congressman Dannemeyer, who served in the U.S. Congress from 1979 to 1992 said, 'You sure haven't left them any wiggle room have you Robert?.' Only after all this do we consider them to be endorsable by us," said Colaco.

Citizens For A Better America ®, has two levels of involvement which the candidate can pick between. Marianne Zippi has chosen to participate in our Basic Endorsement Program ™, which is our default program at this time.

"It is a rare and special candidate that qualifies for our endorsement. So, we proudly give our endorsement to each candidate on our 'Good Guys List' ™. If you can vote for them, we enthusiastically encourage you to do just that, vote for them. In addition we want to encourage you to do all you can do to get these men and women elected to the offices they are running for," said Colaco.

"What do I mean by do all you can? I mean call them up and ask them if you can volunteer for them, put out a yard sign, call your friends, forward this News Release to everyone you know. Contribute to us so that we can help them get elected. You can contribute money to their campaign if you do not want to give it to us. Give them the very best contribution that you can whether that is five dollars ($5.00) or up to the maximum that you can donate to that them per federal or state regulations," said Colaco.

Citizens For A Better America ® is a national, grassroots, nonconnected, independent, political committee established on October 15, 1992 whose focus is to elect morality and values based candidates from the very lowest to the very highest political positions all over the U.S.A. It is funded by members who commit to a minimum commitment of five dollars a month, sixty dollars a year. It is not controlled or authorized by any candidate or their committee(s), political party, labor union or Corporation. It is why we are considered to be a nonconnected, unauthorized political committee. Because we are not authorized by other "large," political entity, like those mentioned. All expenses are paid for by Citizens For A Better America ®.
